Payment for a commission will be done with deposit and then the rest after a rough sketch is approved of by the payee. A deposit is 50% of base price of the commission; this does NOT include extra characters in the piece. Payments are accepted via PayPal. Any donations for coffee can be done via Ko-Fi.

You have personal rights to the finished product in which you may post it on social media if you give credit to @insketched. Your personal rights include, but are not limited to gifts, home TTRPG games, profile pics, banners, or hanging on walls at home...My work will always be watermarked as a precaution.

You do not have the rights to resell the commission as prints, NFTs, or other merchandise. Putting the commission into AI is strictly prohibited.

Please be patient. I have a life too. After the initial request for a commission, please allow a grace period of 1 to 9 days for me to get back to you. Allow an additional 1 to 3 days after approval of your comission to begin work. I aim to get things done with a quick turnaround, however, please allow up to two or three months lead time to ensure that the vision is met.

I allow up to 3 revisions of the commission. Any more than that is an extra $5 per revision on top of the total price. I will be tallying the revisions on my end and putting in writing what revision number you are on in our communications. If it becomes excessive, I reserve the right to simply complete the commission upon reasonable judgment on my end or through cancellation if you are unbecoming towards me.

I have the absolute right to decline a commission that I cannot or will not do. You will be issued a full refund. If I determine that I can do it, you will be sent rough sketches in which you will give approval to a concept with the remaining half of the commission price. Thus, I will begin the project.

Process as follows: Deposit, contact about commission – clarification, sketching, inking, coloring, and finally, commission sent via email. At the end of each step, you will be provided with updates and photos to show progress.

Once finished, you will receive digital copies of your commission via email. You will receive a .png labeled for print and a .jpeg for social posting. No physical copy will be delivered.

I reserve the right to decline any commission that I deem I do not have the skill set or falls under a category I will not do. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me is cause for cancellation of a commission, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment. Please be a decent human being when interacting.

If you need to cancel your commission after paying the deposit, you will be issued a partial refund in which I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum. This is for some of the work that I have provided for you already.
